The 18th edition of the international highline celebration

Urban Highline Festival is the largest urban highline festival in the world and one of the most recognizable slackline events in Europe. Since 2009, Lublin has become a meeting place for people who walk on lines suspended high above the city’s streets, squares, and rooftops.

In 2026, the festival will take place for the eighteenth time. It is another edition of an event that has built an international community over the years and attracted participants from 56 countries and 6 continents to Lublin. For many people, UHF is their first encounter with Poland, Lublin, and the region, and the event itself becomes the beginning of further exploration of the city.

The festival is organized by the Firmament Foundation, which develops the culture of highline, slackline, and activities in public space. UHF was born out of a passion for the line, height, and collective action, but its meaning goes far beyond sport. It is a festival of courage, precision, trust, responsibility, and community.

During Urban Highline Festival, Lublin transforms into a stage suspended above everyday life. Highliners from all over the world stretch lines above the heads of the audience, while residents and visitors can see familiar places from a completely different perspective. It is a meeting of people, city, and space, where sport becomes a spectacle, and the spectacle creates a living community.
